We bought our second home here because it’s peaceful, close to nature. I love morning walks in the jogger’s park. Overall, it's a good area

I stay here for budget reasons as rent is much lower than city outskirts. But road quality is not that great and public transport timings aren’t regular

Property rates are very cheap here so buying a land was a good decision. ROI is great for long-term benefits as it is slowly developing with new buildings and markets.

Came here for a small family gathering and totally loved the calm atmosphere, which is rare in Bangalore. It was quiet and peaceful. But not ideal to live here permanently as it's very far from the city.

It has a village vibe and pollution level is much lower than central Bangalore. We have a property here which I have given on rent. The demand is not great but decent. People mostly stay here for few months.
