I like it for its closeness to airport. for someone travelling frequently, this little perk helps me save lots of traffic and time.
The area lacks good public transport. If you have your own vehicle then it's fine otherwise it's difficult to find local autos and buses. Drainage isn't improving too since years.
Not a great place for anyone who needs quick access to tech parks. I stayed here for a while and although liked the cleaner air and peace, it was a hassle to commute. Some inner lanes can be unsafe to walk through because of poor lighting and deserted feel
Rental demand is only from airport staff for now but I’m holding on as development comes in from Bagaluru side. Land rates are still low compared to Devanahalli or Yelahanka, so I see potential in long-term capital appreciation

Most developers offer 10-20% booking amount and balance payable in installments over 2-3 years for under-construction properties. For resale properties, a complete payment or a 20-30% down payment followed by a home loan is expected. Some may allow possession-linked payment plans as well. Buyers must thoroughly check the terms of the builder before booking.

Meenakunte Hosur is got a slow, relaxed vibe kind of like a half-town, half-village feel. There’s space, fresh air, and not too much going on yet. A few houses, some local shops, and schools nearby, but that’s about it. It’s picking up progress though, and once the metro hits Doddajala it’ll be way easier to head into the city. Good spot if you’re cool with quiet.
