Taloja is developing slowly. some older buildings need better drainage systems and other amenities. watersupply also fails during summer

I have been here for 3 years now. The area isnt too residential but still i like it here. the metro connection is really helpful as i completely rely on it for my commute purpose. it isnt posh but i find it peaceful

High rental demand from MIDC employees here. and Taloja is very affordable. The rent to cost returns are also decent especially for 1bhk units. But some parts of the area feel too underdeveloped and lack infrastructure

The area feels dusty and noise from construction always hampers the peace here. Metro helps to commute central mumbai but road conditions need improvment

Taloja Panchanand is actually a functional area than many people give it credit for. it has metro, railway line and also social amenities are growing. But taloja junction traffic is heavy and there's limited cafe and mall options here

I moved here for work and love spending evenings in Powai Garden which is 3 km from my place. There is a vada pao stall nearby which is amazing, and the area is also close to local markets and malls.

Been living here for 5 years and the road quality is decent, though potholes is generally seen in monsoon. My gated society has reliable security, and electricity is stable too.

I recently shifted near Phoenix Marketcity, and the area is very vibrant and happening but gets too noisy at times, even at night.

My 2 BHK is on rent and the demand is great. The airport connectivity and Andheri station nearby helps. Tenants usually love the nearby parks and gardens for a peaceful vibe. Roads usually get jammed due to traffic which can be the only downside.

I came here once for a client meeting at CCD. Metro access is great but roads are not wide enough and parking was a hassle. The food options are limited too.
