It's peaceful compared to other areas, and rent is still reasonable. Roads are decent, but it get muddy during rain. BMTC buses come regularly and I use bike mostly.

We purchased a small 2BHK apartment here for investment. The area is peaceful, and the builder delivered on time. Now it’s rented to a young couple working in the city. The returns are not huge, but occupancy is stable.

We’ve been living in Marasandra since 2020. Back then, the area was quieter and lesser known. Now it's growing slowly.

It is an affordable locality and less crowded than central Bangalore. It is better to have own vehicle. Public transport is limited at night. There are a few local gyms and yoga centres.

Our apartment is in a small gated community, and it’s been peaceful. No water issues so far. Roads need attention, and street lighting is patchy. But overall, the area feels safe and friendly.
