I have been living here for the past 6 years, and the area is well-built and developed with all essential social infrastructure like schools, hospitals, and malls. There is Kuduregere Lake nearby and some temples too. It's a peaceful area with less traffic congestion as compared to central Bangalore.
The area is still developing. I bought a 2 BHK property here in 2022, and the value have risen by 26.7% over the years. Public transport is available easily and there's a metro station on the Green line too, but there aren't many high-end shopping options nearby. Some lanes are very narrow and congested too.
I have rented a room in a 3 BHK shared flat here and BMTC buses run every ten minutes, taking me to RV College in under 30 minutes. Late-night study sessions happen in a café five minutes away. Water cuts last about an hour once or twice a month, so I plan around them. Affordable rent and good connectivity.
I visited Kuduregere Lake and explored this area a bit with my cousins. It's a peaceful locality in Bangalore. The streets are wide and vibrant in the evenings. We also stopped by a cafe to have some snacks. There were many cafes and small eateries there.
