The rent is reasonable compared to nearby Andheri areas. The area also feels safe even during late night. Also, shops and daily essentials are close by like grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.

Metro access really makes things easier here. But apartment complexes here don't have many lifestyle amenities like gyms, clubhouses, or swimming pools.

I’ve lived here for 15 years and it’s one of the few well-organized residential pockets left in this part of Mumbai. But with increasing car ownership, parking has become chaotic, especially in older buildings that weren’t built with enough space

Good residential area and safe too. But some lanes are very noisy and streets are narrow which becomes congested and leaves no space for vehicle parking.

The social infrastructure is good here. We've got many schools, hospitals, clinics, malls, and local stores nearby. Main road is well-laid but inner lanes are pathetic. Potholes and cracks make it difficult to drive smoothly and the waterlogging issues during rain.
