I bought a small commercial unit here. Lots of production houses and offices. Demand is good. Rental income is strong. But roads are always busy and parking is a real struggle.

We’ve had our small office in Laxmi Industrial Estate for 6 years. It's a good area for work, with many studios and companies nearby. Andheri station and metro are close. But the internal roads are often crowded and not very clean.

This area is busy, full of working people. Shops, banks, and restaurants all close by. But not ideal for peaceful living. It’s more suited for business or office use.

I live near Laxmi Industrial Estate. It is a great spot if you’re working in media, IT, or production houses. Most studios and offices are nearby, so travel time is short. Versova Metro is close, which helps if you don’t drive.

My commercial unit is on rent in Laxmi Estate. Tenants like the area because of its central location in Andheri. It suits media and creative offices.

We’ve seen the area grow fast in the last 10 years. Many new cafes, co-working spaces, and studios have come up. But parking is still a major problem. Visitors struggle a lot with space during the day.
