The area is a tech-hub and it's close to my office too. The connectivity is also decent but traffiic is the biggest concern near major junctions which leads to longer commute times.
With several IT companies nearby, the area has excellent growth potential and resale value. The rental demand is also high, making it a great investment choice. The ongoing infrastructure also plays a good role in the area's development potential.
I have faced water logging issues during monsoon here. Although I cannot diasgree about the area's strong connectivity and proximity to IT parks, some parts of this area have lack of enough parking spaces.
Lots of office spaces in this area with a few societies in between. Construction is never ending.
Not a nice place. Cleanliness is poor, water is hard, rents are high and landlords are awful. Only reason to stay here is if it is close to office.
Kadubeesanahalli’s a good pick for people in tech, right near major IT hubs of ORR, plus plenty of places to eat and shop around. It can get pretty packed during peak hours and traffic's rough, but the upcoming metro should help a lot.
The residential feel here is good. It is well connected by Outer Ring Road and Kadubeesanahalli Main Road. There are parks, schools like Insight Academy, and hospitals such as Sri Venkateshwara Hospital nearby.
The area offers direct access to key roads like NH-44 and HAL Old Airport Road, making daily travel manageable.
Kadubeesanahalli is evolving as a prime residential and tech hub. It is home to commercial centres and offices like Goldman Sachs and Adobe India. The metro station is under construction.
The locality has an impressive natural beauty. Healthcare, offices, schools and colleges are nearby.
Living close to my office at Deloitte. Good for my work-life balance. Amenities like Max Mall and food outlets like Bellandur SOCIAL are there.
Traffic near the Marathahalli outer ring road stretch is just too much every single evening. Autos charge around 100 rupees even for very short trips to the tech parks. Water supply is a daily issue here... mostly dependent on tankers.
Pretty active place with so many eating spots and quick food mess joints around. Getting an auto to Kadubeesanahalli bus stop in the morning is smooth, though the main road gets quite dusty during peak office rush hours.
Living near the Panathur railway underpass road is tricky during heavy rains because water stays logged for hours. Basic shops for daily groceries are very close, but walking on footpaths is a real pain due to random parkings.
Rental demand here stays very high owing to Embassy TechVillage being right next door. Rents for decent flats go around 32k easily. The main road signal gets blocked in peak times, but otherwise tenants stay happy here.
Drains are rarely cleaned around internal lanes near Cessna Business Park and the stink gets bad. Streetlights don't work properly in small cross roads, so walking alone after 9 PM feels quite unsafe. Very annoying overall.
Lots of nice tea stalls and bakeries along the main stretch to chill in the evening. Buses to Silk Board run frequently from the main stage, making quick trips very simple if you avoid 6 PM rush traffic.
Water timings are fixed for only 2 hours in morning, so adjusting daily routine is needed. The local market areas have everything required, but internal roads have too many deep potholes. Decent place if you drive a bike.
Great location to invest since finding tenants happens within 2 days. The area stays busy all day with decent food places and pharmacies nearby. Everything basic is accessible within short walking distance, so property values hold strong.
Garbage is just dumped on the roadside near Bhoganahalli road junction and stays there for days. PGs are overcrowded and auto drivers always refuse to go by meter. NGL commuting out from here every day is pure headache.
Morning walks around the nearby lakes feel peaceful before office crowds hit the roads. Supermarkets stay open till late night which is super handy. Evening traffic is slow, but life here is pretty sorted otherwise...
