Not a nice place. Cleanliness is poor, water is hard, rents are high and landlords are awful. Only reason to stay here is if it is close to office.
Lots of office spaces in this area with a few societies in between. Construction is never ending.
It's not a fully developed locality but close to Outer Ring Road offering connectivity to important areas like Bellandur, Marathahalli, and Whitefield.
The area is a tech-hub and it's close to my office too. The connectivity is also decent but traffiic is the biggest concern near major junctions which leads to longer commute times.
With several IT companies nearby, the area has excellent growth potential and resale value. The rental demand is also high, making it a great investment choice. The ongoing infrastructure also plays a good role in the area's development potential.
I have faced water logging issues during monsoon here. Although I cannot diasgree about the area's strong connectivity and proximity to IT parks, some parts of this area have lack of enough parking spaces.
