There is less congestion here. Inner lanes are much wider. Rent is cheap too. But road condtions in some stretches arent great. There are potholes and waterlogging is a concern too

Kadabagere Cross feels much more peaceful than any other prime areas in bangalore. Connectivity isnt bad but metro is still a bit distance.

Kadabagere Cross is manageable for daily commute. Roads are broad and clean. The metro station is quite far. It is not ideal for people without a personal vehicle. Still, the area is peaceful and away from pollution. Rents are low, which is a big plus.

I invested in a plot here 2 years back. Prices were very low then. The area has potential because it’s close to Magadi Road and not far from Nice Road. Infrastructure is still basic, but the roads are improving.

I built my home here back when this place was mostly the outskirts. Now, it’s slowly turning residential. Roads are better than before, and there's electricity most of the time. The area is peaceful and has greenery. I do wish we had more stores and medical facilities nearby.

Kadabagere Cross is still semi-rural in feel, but slowly developing. Public buses pass every now and then, but not very reliable. No big supermarkets nearby, just small shops.

Kadabagere Cross caught my attention because land prices are affordable and there's scope for appreciation. It is not very well-connected yet, but that’s why prices are low. I see small layouts and gated communities coming up.
