Locality bohat hi achha hain. Humlog 8 saal se yaha rehte hain aur kabhi koi as such problem nahi face kiya hain. Schools, kirana ka dukaan, vegetable shops, sab paas hain. Water supply irregular hain but woh manage ho jaata hain.

I shifted here with my wife last year. The locality provides easy access to markets, hospitals, banks, etc. Buildings are old here but the rent is affordable so can't complain much. Roads however need maintenance.

Living here with my family has been mostly positive. We enjoy the close-knit community, and daily essentials are just a short walk away. However, the area can get noisy during festivals and the waterlogging issue is a recurring problem every year.

I bought a small flat here to rent out, and honestly, it’s always in demand. Tenants like the location and easy travel options. The only issue is that civic maintenance and basic infrastructure still need improvement.

Living in Jai Bhim Nagar has been comfortable for me as a bachelor. It is connected well with Bandra so travelling to my office has been easy from here. Some lanes are not that clean but that never bothered me much. My only issue here was parking. There should have been more parking spaces.
