What I appreciate here is the walkable access to Ghatkopar Station and R-City Mall. However, the lanes are quite narrow, and traffic during peak hours is stressful.

The area has great resale value due to its connectivity. Stations, bus stops, metro, and even airport is nearby, within 5-6 km. But one thing is civic amenities like waste management and drainage could be much better

Great for long-term benefits. The area is well-developed and the demand is good too. But investment returns can be slower compared to Thane or Panvel

Love the area for its convenience but it's not peaceful. Too noisy and crowded. It feels very stuffy in some lanes.

Whenever I visit my cousin here, I notice how packed the area is with people and shops. It’s lively but chaotic during peak hours.
