ITI Colony is a nice area in KR puram. the famous KR puram market is the highlight here. I love the peaceful environment and the low cost of living. the connectivity is also great and many IT parks are close by too. The only problem I see is the bad road condtions

The traffic near KR puram junction is exhausting. the public transport helps but roads are very bad and especially the inner lanes are congested and over crowded always

Our home has appreciated decently over the years, though not as fast as in tech zones like Whitefield. Still, we’re happy with the quality of life here.

Roads inside the colony are not that well maintained, and some areas are have dumping ground on the roadside.. The shops are local and basic, so you’ll need to travel out for anything fancy.

I like that it is a proper residential layout as there are parks, playgrounds, and the roads are very decent. There is no nightlife or malls nearby, but for peace and quiet, this area works well.

Tenants prefer it for its peaceful nature and affordability and its mostly families and retired people.

I’ve been renting here for the past year, and it’s surprisingly peaceful given how close it is to KR Puram. I love it here.
