It's rare to find a cost-effective rental area in Bangalore but this is a great locality to live in. Peaceful and cleaner than most parts but only good if you're working remotely and don't need to commute everyday.

Property tax is low, and we don’t face water scarcity like other parts of Bangalore. Borewell water is still decent. But because it’s on the outskirts, I’m constantly worried about security when we’re away for a few days. Not many neighbors around

There are very few hangout places or cafes here. You need to go to Hennur or Hebbal for any good cafes or brewaries.

It's not ideal if you're looking for investment and quick returns. The area is in early development stages, so entry cost was low for me. Long-term returns look promising with large villas nearby. It will take time.
