It’s an ideal place to live if you’re looking for something low-key but still want access to the bigger Bangalore attractions.

Rent is kind of low here and apartments here have more space. The area has less traffic noise and best for people whp prefer calm surroundings.

It’s close to key areas, and even though the rental prices aren’t skyrocketing, there's consistent demand, so the yields are pretty reliable.

It’s a good spot for steady rental income, and I don’t foresee the demand dropping anytime soon. But it could be better if the roads and garbanage collection gets better.

Everything here is so much better than the areas nearby but the public transport needs to imporve a lot.
