Bought a property here last year. It's very close to grant road railway station. It's not entirely residential but the connectivity is insane. If you're looking for peaceful area, this may disappoint you as there's lot of buzz

what works for me is the central location. The metro is a bit far but buses are frequent and nice. I am just tired of the traffic and constant noise

It's close to the hospital I work in and i am glad to choose this place. Rent is not too high nor too low either. there are local shops for groceries and other miscellaneous. you will also find small outlets of pizzeria and naturals nearby.

I have leased out my property here and the rental yield is fine. it has value because of the railway connectivity and other small infrastructure. a direct metro connectivity can help increase the value
