We have a house near hanuman mandir chowk. parking is a bit issue in some parts especially with four wheeler. But infrastructure wise, it is growing

Very posh and vibrant locality. It's a pleasure to live here amidst big malls and numerous cafes.But it can be a bit overwhelming because of noise and constant traffic

Ghatkopar is a well known area. It has wide range of apartments. from affordable to luxury, you get variety. But my concern is in finding an auto or cab. and if I do anyhow, they charge a lot even for little distance

Ghatkopar is a well rounded area. It has everything you need. Great colleges, good hospitals and malls, and also close to many tech parks and companies. It is actually an ideal option for families

Entry cost here is reasonable and the returns are good. especially because of the rental demand from students and even techies. there are good colleges here like KJ Somaiya and its also close to phoenix

This area is well connected to other parts of Mumbai through Eastern Express Highway, and I like the bustling atmosphere during evening. It's full of life and vibrance. overall, it's a good residential area to live in

I particularly like how convenient and accessible the area is. i recently shifted to a 1 BHK here, and while the rent is expensive, I think it's worth it considering the connectivity to IT parks, supermarkets, and other important facilities

The area is close to airports and railway stations, which leads to high rental demand, making it a great area for investment. The increasing infrastructure further makes it a profitable long term investment

The culinery scene here is amazing, and I love the diverse street food vendors and fine dine options. The traffic can be really bad during peak hours, and some parts have bad road condition which makes the area congested at times.

It is a nice locality with all the public transport nearby. It's definitely one of the modern and developing areas in Mumbai. The property rates are a bit on the higher end, but it generates decent rental demand due to its proximity to airports and metros.
