This area is well connected to other parts of Mumbai through Eastern Express Highway, and I like the bustling atmosphere during evening. It's full of life and vibrance. overall, it's a good residential area to live in

I particularly like how convenient and accessible the area is. i recently shifted to a 1 BHK here, and while the rent is expensive, I think it's worth it considering the connectivity to IT parks, supermarkets, and other important facilities

The area is close to airports and railway stations, which leads to high rental demand, making it a great area for investment. The increasing infrastructure further makes it a profitable long term investment

The culinery scene here is amazing, and I love the diverse street food vendors and fine dine options. The traffic can be really bad during peak hours, and some parts have bad road condition which makes the area congested at times.

It is a nice locality with all the public transport nearby. It's definitely one of the modern and developing areas in Mumbai. The property rates are a bit on the higher end, but it generates decent rental demand due to its proximity to airports and metros.

Very posh and vibrant locality. It's a pleasure to live here amidst big malls and numerous cafes.But it can be a bit overwhelming because of noise and constant traffic

Ghatkopar is a well rounded area. It has everything you need. Great colleges, good hospitals and malls, and also close to many tech parks and companies. It is actually an ideal option for families

We have a house near hanuman mandir chowk. parking is a bit issue in some parts especially with four wheeler. But infrastructure wise, it is growing

Ghatkopar is a well known area. It has wide range of apartments. from affordable to luxury, you get variety. But my concern is in finding an auto or cab. and if I do anyhow, they charge a lot even for little distance

Entry cost here is reasonable and the returns are good. especially because of the rental demand from students and even techies. there are good colleges here like KJ Somaiya and its also close to phoenix

I am staying in Ghatkopar East for a year now and I love how easy life feels here. There are local shops and also R City Mall just a short rickshaw ride away. I often stop at Classic Cafe near Pant Nagar after work, and having Rajawadi Hospital close by always felt reassuring. The only thing I have noticed is a bit of crowding around the station which creates traffic jams on most days, but overall it is a great place to live

The population is growing fast so my shop gets excellent daily footfall. However, the severe water shortage during the summer months forces us to buy expensive private tankers constantly... it is a big pain.

Getting an auto to the railway station is very fast since they run on meter without any fuss. The local markets around Pant Nagar make daily grocery shopping easy, though the rent prices are getting quite high.

The internal roads around Naidu Colony are messy right now because of the new one-way traffic rules. Jams are a daily headache during evening peak hours and finding a spot to park cars is impossible.

The neighborhood feels incredibly safe for evening walks and everything is close by. There are plenty of good schools and clinics in Garodia Nagar, so one rarely has to travel outside the area for basics.

Travelling out daily is sorted due to excellent metro and train connectivity at the central junction. However, the footpaths are completely blocked by street vendors, forcing everyone to walk on the busy roads instead.

Water supply timings are getting shorter every summer, which is very irritating. To add to that, the BMC takes forever to clear the overflowing trash bins near the street corners, creating a big stink.

The area is mostly quiet and comfortable with decent parks for morning walks. Getting medical supplies is never an issue since pharmacies are open 24/7, but the broken walking pavements need urgent fixing.

Finding a place to park a car near the food stalls is a massive struggle on weekends. The lanes get heavily crowded, but the variety of vegetarian eating joints makes the trip totally worth it.

Air pollution and dust levels are quite high because of heavy vehicle movement near the Eastern Express Highway stretches. The internal roads keep getting dug up for utility work, keeping the area messy.

Staying in a PG here is great because the residential lanes are bright and safe at night. Budget-friendly food messes and photocopy shops are easily available at every corner, making life very smooth.

Daily footfall is amazing since the market streets are always busy with shoppers. But the delivery trucks face a lot of issues because the lanes are too narrow and constantly blocked by parked bikes.
