Kadugondanahalli is vibrant and has a local vibe. its so close to Bengaluru palace which brings so much crowd during weekends. Anyway if you like living close to big malls, eateries, and temples, this is for you

As much as it is convenient to live here, its also chaos. too much traffic and crowd during weekends. road conditons not great, waterlogging is common in some blocks. also too many PGs and apartment buildings that it feels dense

The area is easy to afford but looks very dull and boring. There aren't many cafes around nor any malls. It's residential mostly but you will hear constant noise from construction

It's developing slowly so might be a good hit for long-term hold. Rental yield is decent too, not too bad because of the lower rent. it's not very far from commercial hubs either

It's a good area and flats are spacious for the rent. One thing I like is the access to railway station but grocery stores are very limited so mostly you have to order.Plus, the buildings are very old and not many modern amenities are present
