I have bought a flat in Lodha Fiorenza and the roads get super crowded and dusty due to industrial spaces. Connectivity is still good via metro. Area is usually clean and safe.

Good locality and mix of both residential and commercial spaces. The rental demand has always been high and mostly ideal for buy-to-rent investors wanting to generate rental income like me.

Been residing here for the past 5 years, and the area has developed into more of an industrial place than residential. I am afraid this will turn into completely commercial, leaving no room for apartments and standalone buildings.

I stay in a PG here. The area is clean and hygienic. There is metro nearby and several local cafes and eateries too.
