Bagaluru is slowly becoming a hotspot because of its proximity to the airport and IT parks nearby. Roads are developing, and travel to North Bangalore is manageable. But right now, there is no metro station.
We shifted to Bagaluru as we wanted peaceful surroundings. It’s away from the city noise. Kids play outside without worry. But commuting is a problem. No proper BMTC buses and autos don’t come easily.
It is peaceful out here. Less crowd, more greenery. Perfect for those who prefer a quieter lifestyle. But shops and eateries are still limited. You may have to go to neighbouring localities for basics.
Bagaluru has decent rental prospects. The location is near IT hubs. Both families and working professionals find rental options here. Prices are still affordable, but once the metro work is completed, there will be good appreciation.
