Attibele Industrial Area’s mostly a work zone like factories, trucks, and all that. Roads are wide but a bit rough. You’ll see some tea shops and small food places around. Not much going on otherwise, but it works fine if your job’s close by.

Roads in Attibele Industrial Area are decent but get busy. Rent is budget-friendly here. The area feels safe. We get the necessary facilities like market and shops within a short distance.

Attibele Industrial Area has some glass, steel and food processing factories. Rentals from factory staff and small offices keep occupancy up. Roads are improving here.

It is a quiet place after factory hours, kids can play in the compound. Close to a clinic and bus stand.

Attibele Industrial Area is a good area. There are many quick eateries, perfect for lunch breaks. But the public transport is few and far from my place. Local roads need better upkeep.

There is no metro, but buses and autos are available. Frequent water logging during monsoon is a problem. But I get consistent rental demand from the employees working here.
