I love this area. Been renting here for a year now and it has become a home. Very safe and feels familiar. The only concern is the rising costs for small apartments. finding a spacious flat at your budget is almost impossible here.

It gives a premium vibe with all the vibrant local markets, malls, and 5 star hotels. Since it's close to airport the property rates are rising fast. I love how close everything is. temples, parks, cafes, pubs, hotels, etc

Recently took a rented apartment as i've been eyeing this area for a while. it's close to my office and social life is awesome here. Best part is the safety. You can walk alone at midnight and still feel safe. The only downside is the traffic and Mumbai rains that means waterlogging everywhere

Since it is a mix of commercial and residential spaces, the value keeps increasing and so the demand. It is a good investment plan for long term as well as short term. Small apartments rent faster here than larger units
