Great place to live in Mumbai. It's not posh or high-end like Malad or Dahisar but still offers a peaceful and well-connected lifestyle. Malls are nearby and so are parks and hospitals.
Low vacancy rate is a plus here. Flats don’t stay empty for long. But you do need to invest in renovation since many buildings are old and lack modern amenities
