If you are talking about the PMAY scheme, then let me tell you that PMAY makes home loans affordable for the urban poor by offering subsidies on the Interest Rate of a housing loan during repayment by way of EMI. I don’t think you will get subsidy benefits if you have chosen the check leaf option to buy your house.
