In Mumbai, I visited a society where landlords mentioned that bachelor not allowed in society. I had a hard time finding an apartment in the city but later understood why people hate the young generation. Jokes aside I would say that renting properties to a bachelor can be challenging at times. Bachelors at times make a mistake that can create trouble in society. Creating a mess, partying, and doing illegal activities can not only harm the landowner but also the people of the society. As a citizen, we must follow certain rules to maintain the hygiene of society. One of the most common problems I have heard is that bachelors talk loudly which makes other people in society get proper sleep. Which is also wrong at some point.

I have seen many landlords renting out properties to bachelors in Bangalore. These landlords trust them since they do not create any trouble. Be a tenant or a landlord try to understand the perspective of every person and then jump to conclusions. Not every bachelor is a bad tenant, and not every landlord is a landlord who is against bachelors. So, it's better not to place a verdict so easily and blame society, the landlord, or the bachelor.
