However, it is seen that when compared to Bangalore, the rent is relatively lower in Pune. To name a few, areas like Malleswaram & Marathahalli in Bangalore and Kharadi & Wakad in Pune have a lot of affordable options for renting a flat or an apartment. You can find apartments and flats around 10-12k in these areas.
Usually, the rents of apartments in gated communities, which offer many amenities to its residents command a higher rental amount.
