If it is a huge society, trust me it gets hard to track which parcel is going to whom, who is responsible for the damage, who are visitors and who are dwellers and more. A society management app comes as a saviour then. It is like software or service that enables one to take care of all the needs in the complexes or societies. The app is for everyone. Be it for residents, management or security and staff. But it is hard to know which app will be the best and easy to use. Our gated community had to choose between NoBrokerHood vs ApnaComplex and they chose the former. Let me tell you the reason behind it

Our society chose the NoBrokerHood app and the residents, security and staff are also pleased with it. I have gone through the app and tried to understand why is it loved so much and got to know that the facilities it provides are great. In fact, all utility bill payments are made within seconds safely using this app. Here is the list of tasks it helps to handle

I use this app to call the maintenance staff and do my work. This facility helps you to know has your staff entered the premise or not. You can also note their attendance using this app and even choose the best-rated domestic help easily

I used Paytm to pay bills but several times it puts the transactions on hold. For the last 4 months, I am hence using the NoBrokerHood app for bill payments. You can make all payments, track them and even know your next payment due date from this app. Isn’t it great?

Notices, alerts, and announcements. I get every news of my society from this app only. I always hence stay updated.

Safety management: This app also helps you to keep a track of entry and exit times. In fact, you can use the SOS Button in case of emergency and the on-duty guards will be able to rush to you easily.
