My first advice on selling your house would be to wait. As mentioned earlier it takes time and effort to sell a house. Keep at least 6 months in your hand to sell a property. Search for a good real estate agent who will find you a good client. Run a background check before selling your house to the client. See if the customer will be able to pay the amount you are charging. Decide on the price. Price your property accurately so that it will sell faster.

Also, mention the amenities of your property when you are posting your property online. Include proper landmarks so that people can understand where your property is located. Alternatives to selling your house would be to rent it if you need to generate revenue instantly. At times we need money to figure out things. In this case, you can rent out your property. Again there are many online platforms where you can post about renting property. Mention the landmarks, provide some good pictures and also try to furnish your property as much as possible. Customers are willing to purchase furnished affordable properties rather than unfurnished ones.
