Hello, I saw you asking what is unfurnished house and can tell you about it. So, when I rented out an unfurnished flat last year and told the same to my friend, she was confused about what it exactly meant. I told her that an apartment which does not come with any furniture whatsoever is called an unfurnished apartment. You would find kitchen appliances in some apartments up for rent, but when they are labelled as unfurnished, you’ll have to bring in all the furniture. Let me share more details about this.

What is Unfurnished Apartment?

The unfurnished apartment is a great option for people who have their furniture and want to live in a rented place for a long time. Thus, I chose such an apartment. Usually, semi-furnished and fully furnished apartments are higher in rent because they provide furniture.  So, such a rented accommodation is a good option to save money if you can bring in your furniture. 

What are the Advantages and Disadvantages of Unfurnished Accommodation?

Positives Negatives
You will save money on rent by bringing your furniture into the house. When you move out, you’d have to take all the furniture with you, which can be a tough and expensive task.
You can decorate the house as you like. You may have to spend a lot on setting up your house by purchasing furniture.
You don’t have to live with wearing out furniture and can change the items whenever you like, too. -
