I am planning to buy a resale property soon, but I am not aware of the resale flat registration charges in Bangalore. So, I called my cousin who recently bought a resale flat in Bangalore, and is done with the registration. He told me that the stamp charges are based on gender: for males and females, the property registration charge will be one percent of the property. 

What is the Registration Cost for Resale Flat in Bangalore?

In Bangalore, the property registration fee is 1% of the total property value. However, I have also mentioned the stamp duty charges with respect to gender.
