I shall not recommend GRC Subiksha to anyone. My uncle moved into an apartment here a few months back and witnessed that the apartments are not well-built. They have used poor construction materials as a result of which they witness water leakages through the walls quite often. On that, they will ask you to change the room anytime and charge you for some unnecessary things like for
Khata transfer
Meter transfer
And if you ask them for plumbing or electrical services, they will charge you 10 times more than the market value. This is all I can say in this GRC Subiksha review.
