RERA carpet area is the area within the walls of the property. In simple words RERA carpet area is considered where carpet can be placed. RERA carpet area does not include the thickness of the walls, dry area such as utility, balconies, staircase.
Actual Carpet AreaActual carpet area is 70% of the total of the super built up area. It is the regular rate which is used inside the house. It also excludes the thickness of the wall.
