1. First, she said to mix 2 or 3 spoons of citric acid powder in a bottle of water. Then wipe the windows with a microfibre cloth.

2. She also told me I could use warm water with a little bit of washing-up liquid. If the windows are really dirty, I can add more soap.

3. Then she gave me another tip that was a bit different. She said to make a strong cup of black tea, pour it into a bucket with about 3 litres of water, and squeeze in half a lemon. Use that to clean the windows. She said the tea helps with grease, and the lemon helps with water stains.

Out of the three methods, I chose the washing-up liquid because it was easy and I already had it at home. After using it, the window looked clean and neat.
