When I planned to shift to Faridabad, I started looking for a society that would be comfortable and safe for living. During that time, I visited around 10 societies, and out of them, five really stood out as the best society to live in Faridabad. These are Eros Garden Villas in Sector 39, Omaxe Forest Spa in Surajkund, Puri The Pranayam in Sector 82, Omaxe Heights in Sector 86, and RPS Savana in Sector 88.
Which Society is Best to Live in, Faridabad?
Eros Garden Villas, Surajkund: Eros Garden Villas is a 35-acre township that has both villas and high-rise apartments. They offer 3 BHK villas of about 3,000 sqft and 4 BHK villas of about 4,000 sqft. The project comes with borewell facilities, basic amenities, and good connectivity.
Omaxe Forest Spa, Surajkund: Omaxe Forest Spa is a peaceful society spread over 12.5 acres with only 324 homes. It offers amenities such as a gymnasium, car parking, a children’s play area, and clubhouses. The location is also convenient, with Apollo Hospital, Manav Rachna University, and Badarpur Metro Station nearby.
Puri The Pranayam, Sector 82: Puri The Pranayam is a well-planned society with spacious and airy homes. It offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 3+1 BHK, 4 BHK, and 4+1 BHK apartments along with modern facilities. The location is well-connected, just 500 meters from the Delhi-Agra Bypass Road.
Omaxe Heights, Sector 86: Omaxe Heights has wide open spaces, big parks, and clubhouses. It offers 3 and 4-BHK flats with amenities like a swimming pool, walking track, children’s play area, and more. It is a good choice for families.
RPS Savana, Sector 88: RPS Savana is a large society spread across 41 acres with 27 towers and about 2,350 apartments. The project has plenty of greenery, playgrounds, badminton and tennis courts, walking pathways, yoga areas, and a clubhouse. The nearest metro station is Badkhal Metro Station.
From this list, I chose to stay in Omaxe Heights, Sector 86, as it is close to my workspace. I hope now you can get an idea of which is the best place to live in Faridabad.
