As far as I know, BDA site registration charges in Bangalore are 1% of the property value as the registration fee. For homes worth less than 20 lacs, there is a 2% stamp duty fee. For products valued between 21 and 35 lac, this fee is 3%. Stamp duty fees are 5% in Bangalore for purchases over 35 lacs.
Additionally, there is a 10% cess on stamp duty for BBMP, BMRDA, and village areas; a 2% surcharge on stamp duty for BBMPO and corporations. Stamp duty is subject to BMRDA and other surcharges of 3%.
