I was looking for a 2BHK flat near Sarjapur to accommodate my family which comprises my wife, my parents and a 2-year old kid. My office is in Sarjapur so it made more sense to me to look for a flat in that area. I was exploring a few options in the new projects. The reason for this preference are plenty including security of my family, convenience and facilities of course. I came across Shriram Chirping Woods and thought of exploring it. I will perhaps share my experience with you and tell you about Shriram Chirping Woods rent and much more.

Okay, so first things first. I am a careful guy who looks for online reviews before making a move. I went online to look for rental houses in the Shriram Chirping Woods project and tried to gather as much information as I could. I came across a lot of information about it.
I learned that in this project I can easily rent a 2BHK, 2.5 BHK and 3BHK flat. I was also excited to see that the location is pretty close to my office and there are quite a few amenities offered under this project. I know I was looking for a rental accommodation but I was expecting basics like lift, gym, a space for senior citizens, etc.
In Shriram Chirping Woods, my family was to have access to Festive lawn, Senior citizen court, Pergola seating, Dry pebble stream, Boardwalk, Children’s play area, Half-basketball court, Skating rink, Tennis court, Seating area, Kids pool, Viewing deck and much more. I was highly impressed.
I wanted to know next whether or not it would be in my budget. So, I tried looking up for it. I found a tool which actually helped me know the rent I should expect. I saw that a 2BHK unfurnished Shriram Chirping Woods Rental space would fetch rent of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 26,000. On average the rent will be around Rs. 24100. I feel it's not a bad deal.
Similarly Shriram Chirping Woods 1BHK rent will be around Rs. 12000.
