I am disappointed with Piramal Housing Finance’s services. Although loan approval was quick, hidden fees began to appear after disbursement. I was charged for E-NACH registration even though it was not mandatory. The app does not support foreclosure or prepayment, and closing the loan requires visiting a branch, which incurs extra charges. Better communication and clearer terms are definitely needed.

Last year, my uncle called me and asked me about the Piramal capital and housing finance review. He told me that he received a call from them and was trying to decide whether to take out a loan from them or not. As I was not aware of them, I told him that I would do some research and get back to him.

A few years back, I took a home loan from Piramal Housing Finance, and the loan amount was 23 Lakhs for 5 years. In the last couple of years, I paid around 12 lakhs. So, I called them and enquired about the remaining amount, to which they told me that the remaining amount was 22 lakhs.
I asked how that was possible and even shared the receipts with them. The executive told me that their rate of interest changes every 6 months. After that, I have gone through lots of Piramal capital and Housing Finance customer review, and most people have similar issues. Please be aware and avoid tracking loans from them.
