I saw you asking is Indiabulls home loan good or not. Based on the home loan experience I have had thus far, it has not been a good one. It is okay till the documentation process, but after that, I have faced quite a lot of issues.
The processing time is a big pain and you need to visit the branch for everything. The interest rate keeps on increasing, which is the biggest disadvantage of Indiabulls.
This is all I have to say for my IndiaBulls home loan customer review. I don’t recommend it at all.

I read the review shared above and can say that my experience was quite the opposite. This is because, in my Indiabulls Housing Finance review, I can say that the bank representatives weren’t professional at all.
I faced delays in disbursement of the loan and there was no timely response to my issues too. The branch customer service needs improvement.

Hello. I can share an Indiabulls home loan review with you as I applied for their loan a few months ago. I did a lot of research before finalising the lender for the loan.
The thing which made me go for them was their customer service and the positive experience my friend shared.
The process was quite simple, and their executive was helpful during the disbursement of the loan amount.
Moreover, they have the option of flexible repayment, which has made it easier for me to make the loan repayment.
This has overall made my experience with Indiabulls a good one. The only drawback I felt was the higher interest rate. So, If they can work on that, it would be better for the borrowers overall
