For example, in my case, I lived in an apartment that was non-furnished. I had to bring in my own furniture, belongings, and appliances there. Now in the contract, he stated that whenever I leave the house, I must not leave anything behind. The apartment should be absolutely clean and tidy. If I had left any of my belongings there, he would have had to call someone and get them removed right? In order to avoid that responsibility, such a clause was added by him.
