What is BOQ Purpose?There are a couple of things which serve correctly when a BOQ is prepared. Here is the quick snippet:

Measured Work: It is the real work which has to be executed to complete the project. The cost in measured works is calculated after multiplying quantities and rates
Provisional Sum: This is the miscellaneous amount given in a Bill of Quantities which is adjusted after the execution of the project.
