While we are discussing
VTP Purvanchal Wagholi review, I would like to mention that from the looks of it and the promise made by VTP, the construction quality is going to be top-notch. For flooring they are using vitrified tiles, except for the terrace, they have promised to use anti-skid ceramic tiles. The walls will have superior OBD paint for internal walls and waterproof paint for external walls. I am expecting good things TBH, let’s see how it pans out.

I recently got to know that VTP Purvanchal is near completion. This new project in Wagholi has grabbed many eyeballs as the pricing of this project is decent. I was inquiring the other day about VTP Purvanchal reviews with one of my really close friends who is in the real estate business in Pune. He said that given the market the pricing is decent enough.
