The amenities and features in the project include more than you could think of. They have included a kid's pool, play area, swimming pool, outdoor gym, senior citizen zone, the terrace of 5 senses and more. With more than 65% of the land being an open space, we liked the idea of being surrounded by nature and greenery. However, when it came to the price, Rs. 84 lakh seemed a bit over our budget.

I heard about this project through a friend who works in the real estate market. He insisted we give it a visit and I guess it was a good decision. The amenities here are something we haven't yet seen elsewhere.
The project includes all five elements of nature through the amenities and architectural design. Moreover, the project is completely Vastu compliant, which is something we've been looking for.
With a carpet area between 943 to 1055 square feet, I feel the 2 BHK is quite spacious. The TVS Emerald Elements possession date is June 2028. Although we would have loved to gain possession sooner, we'll wait. We have already booked a flat here. So, you can visit them once.

Starting with the location, I was pleased with the closeness to the essentials in the city. The International Airport is roughly 10 minutes away, with 2 upcoming metro stations near the project. This makes the TVS Emerald Elements address a big plus for us. Apart from this, we found the TVS Emerald Elements 2BHK price starts at Rs. 84.49 lakh, which is close to our budget. So, it has been all positive for us till now, and we have placed this at the top of all the projects we've visited thus far.
