What are the Reviews of Rohan Antara, Gunjur, Bangalore?

I have booked an apartment here. It is located in Gunjur, Bangalore. Major landmarks are easily accessible and commutable from this location. The primary Rohan Antara location benefits are listed below;

• Belandur Road: 4.4 Km

• NH 44: 5.6 Km

• Kempegowda International Airport: 43.2 Km

• SH 35: 1.5 Km

• Majestic Bus Station: 22.9 km (approx. 50 min drive)

• Bangalore City Railway Station: 24.4 km (approx. 50 min drive)

This is an under-construction project and the Rohan Antara possession date is by March 31, 2028. If you want to book an apartment in the Gunjur area, you can visit the site to check out this property.

I am writing this after going through the above-given Rohan Antara reviews. I’d like to highlight that in the Gunjur area while searching for an apartment, I visited projects like Rohan Antara and

. I have booked an apartment in Saritha Serene because buying a flat here was reasonable. It is because the cost of a 2 BHK apartment here is around Rs. 80 Lakhs, whereas, the Rohan Antara price of a 2 BHK apartment in Rohan Antara is around Rs. 95 Lakhs. So, buying an apartment in Saritha was cost-effective for me. 

I believe people like me only choose mid-level builders like Rohan Antara because of financial limitations. Why would anyone go for Rohan if they quote such a high price that was only marginally less than that of Prestige?

Let me share with you my honest

Rohan Antara review.

• There are no nearby stores, apartments, or amenities. It is now the only building being constructed in the entire stretch.

• Water logging problems exist on the road from Marathalli to Rohan Antra.

• Given the location and connectivity, a rather expensive price.

• Very bad customer service; avoid paying even a small amount because they won't refund it even if they claim it is fully refundable.

The

Rohan Antara possession date is March 2027 onwards.

Property appreciation for investment purposes depends on a variety of outside factors that don't appear to materialise for at least the next ten years. So it's best to exercise caution.

The layout of

Rohan Antara

is not at all well-designed. After my visit to the project site I could make out that the bedrooms are indicated on the plan is not same to what is being constructed. I reviewed their whole floor plan, and the majority of them place the bedroom directly close to the living room's entrance.

I think the location of Rohan Anatra is prime. Also, I would say that the project is futuristic. It is a good project with all the amenities. It is a bit overpriced but I am sure it will appreciate very well in the near future.

The

Rohan Antara completion date is March 2027. I hope they finish the project on time and also provide all of the amenities that they have promised.
