One problem is that when you purchase apartments in an apartment building and apply for a Khata, you are frequently required to do it in groups with other apartment owners. Disrespecting the property owners and postponing the completion of their papers are the only effects of this regulation.

What are the problems we face while transferring Khata?
Hello. I recently bought a resale property and began the process of transferring the Khata. And it feels complicated already. There’s so much paperwork involved. And every time I think I’ve submitted everything, the officials ask for something new. Also, I've been receiving confusing information from local agents. Has anyone here gone through a Khata transfer? What issues did you encounter, and how did you resolve them?
