I can tell you that the list of required documents for the Mhada lottery has remained constant throughout time. Although I am aware that Miss Avanti has enlisted a lot of documents in her answer. But here is the complete list of documents needed, as I feel some of them are missing from the lists listed above: 

• Birth Certificate

• Aadhar Card

• Domicile certificate

• PAN card

• Driving license

• Passport

• School leaving certificate and 

• Voter ID card

• Income statement

• Cancelled cheque

• Active mobile number and passport size photos 

• Aadhar Card of self or spouse

• Pan Card of self or spouse 

• Income Tax Return (ITR) of the applicant or spouse 

• Income Certificate from Tahsildar

• Caste Certificate

• Domicile certificate that is issued after January 1, 2018

MHADA lottery documents required

To participate in the MHADA lottery 2023, applicants need to submit certain documents during the registration process. The MHADA documents required may vary slightly based on the specific scheme and category of the applicant, but generally include the following:

• Proof of Identity:

  Applicants need to provide a valid proof of identity, such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID card, passport, or driving license.

• Proof of Residence:

  Applicants must provide a proof of residence, which can include documents like Aadhaar card, voter ID card, passport, electricity bill, or any other valid address proof.

• Income Certificate:

  Applicants are required to submit an income certificate to determine their eligibility for the scheme. The income certificate can be obtained from a competent authority, such as a tehsildar or a gazetted officer.

• Photographs:

  Recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant and co-applicants need to be submitted along with the application form.

• Bank Account Details:

  Applicants need to provide their bank account details, including the account number and IFSC code, for refund purposes in case they are not selected in the lottery. 

• Domicile Certificate

• Income Tax Returns:

• Other Supporting Documents:

  Additional documents such as marriage certificate (for married couples), birth certificate (for children), and caste certificate (for reserved category applicants) may be required as per the specific requirements of the scheme.
