2 Passport size photographs.
Identity Proof: PAN, Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Voter ID Card (Anyone)
Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Bank Passbook, Utility Bills (Anyone)
Since I was a non-salaried person, he told me to provide the documents I have mentioned below as well.

Last three years' tax returns
Company balance sheet, profit-and-loss statements, duly audited/attested by a CA.
Account statement of business.
