Hi Yani. The Hindware chimney installation charges are Rs. 250 for a single unit. If you have two chimneys in the same house, the labour cost for installation would be Rs. 400 in total. Also, Hindware has this offer that for every extra chimney installation, the price is Rs. 400 plus Rs. 150 per additional chimney. I work at Hindware and deal with clients all day regarding the cost and all.

Some Pointers to Know

1. The standard labour charges here include only the labour charge. So, in case there are additional parts, you will have to pay for them separately.

2. The payment mode for standard labour here at Hindware is cash only.

3. For all the units installed beyond the municipal limits of the company’s service centre’s jurisdiction, the expenses for the service personnel’s travel, conveyance and other incidental expenses will have to be borne by you as the customer.

Last week, I moved to a new place and I had taken out my Hindware chimney as well. My chimney was way past its warranty period and in the new house, I had to get it installed. After that she also told me that, for more than 2 units at same premise, I need to pay Rs.400.00 and then Rs.150.00 for each additional unit after 2 units. 

I informed that I have only one unit. Following this she said that standard labour charges does not include parts and the charges she mentioned are labour service only. Next, I was informed that the repair warranty for the same fault is for 45 days.
