I am planning to avail a housing loan from Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd. So, I checked Aptus Home Loan review. I liked their quick loan process and speedy loan sanctions. However, I was not happy to find that they offer a housing loan of only Rs 5 lakhs to Rs 25 lakhs. Apart from that, their maximum tenure is 15 years, and the interest rate is too high. Now, I plan to look out for other lenders.
