We were staying as a tenant in a building since 45 years one builder came and he purchased the building from owner, so new owner (builder) want to develop our building he made registration (mofa act) that he will give us our own house at the same building after redevelopment and he started paying rent for alternate accommodation but since 2 years he stopped paying rent. Pls guide me in which court I can file a complaint against builder and can I fight in person in the court? Pls help me
