Is it just me or does everyone find installing ATM machines in their commercial property as a lucrative deal? Even I am currently in the process of giving my property on rent for an ATM to a bank. I can perhaps help you know how I got in touch with the bank people. This is what I followed.
To get in touch with the banks for ATM installation, I kept looking for all sorts of ads banks posted on their websites and newspapers. I found out that the requirements for installing ATM machines are available on the official bank website along with a complete guide and list of requirements. So I started prepping for that.
Next I got in touch with the bank managers of various banks to understand the requirement and see if they seem interested. Finally some responded but dude it took me 8 months to finally convince them to inspect my shop.
If you don’t have that much time and want to start getting rental income soon, you must consider posting property ads on various online and offline platforms. I mean there is a huge market out there and you will find equally good deals.
