My experience with Clean Fanatic was mixed. Their cleaning team was polite and efficient in many ways, and they cleaned my living room and kept it in fantastic condition. However, the chemical scent persisted for longer than expected, and certain areas were not thoroughly cleaned, like utility areas. A good effort, but I won’t say it is the best service provider.

Booked their home cleaning service recently. The cleaning team arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the house. They handled stubborn stains, but not as per my expectations. Also, before booking, I tried contacting them twice to schedule an appointment. Both times, they cancelled and asked me to reschedule it for a later date. Later, I received the appointment, but I had to cancel some important plans because of that. They are costly as well.

My Clean Fanatic review is average. I had a comprehensive cleaning done on my entire 2-bedroom house. The cleaners arrived on time at 8:45 a.m. I had no idea that in my society, cleaning personnel can utilise their equipment after 9 a.m. Then I informed their staff about this and requested them to wait only 15 minutes, yet they arrived without any bathroom or kitchen equipment. There were no steam cleaners for chimneys. They demand a premium yet provide basic service. I will rate them 3.5 out of 5.

I availed the Clean Fanatic's thorough home cleaning service, and my experience was average. The team arrived on time and dressed professionally. The bathrooms and rough corners appeared noticeably cleaner. But the cleaners kept telling me that most of the goods I paid for were not included in the service. I had to call customer service multiple times just to remind them. Then they left a few kitchen areas filthy. They should improve their communication transparency.
